FACILITY RENTALS

Facility rentals range from $250.00-350.00. Wedding Rental Fee: $550.00
This includes set-up, clean-up, tables and chairs. In order to reserve the room, the hall rental fee must be paid at the time of reservation.

Special Rental Offer: Should you choose the Spring Valley Package or the Party on 9th Street Package and have a guaranteed number of 100 guests or more, the facility rental is waived.

ALCOHOL INFORMATION AND POLICY

Spring Valley is a BYOB facility, which is a great savings. Client is responsible for supplying the alcohol. Click here to take a look at our BYOB packages.

A recommended beer distributor is available with free delivery.

Fountains are available for a $69 rental fee.

PROFESSIONAL STAFFING
All staff, excluding bartenders, are included in per person prices. This includes wait staff and kitchen staff. Gratuities are always appreciated by our staff and are left solely to your discretion. Gratuities are not added to your invoice unless specified. Speak to our event coordinator for guidance.

DJ SERVICES
